Job Description
- Job Title: OPT Technical Recruiter (Various Experience in US staffing)
- Role Type: Full-Time
- Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM IST ( US East Coast timings )
- Location: Mehdipatnam Hyderabad
- Please Note: This is a night shift role and hence please do not apply if you cannot work in the nights.
Job Description:
- Looking for someone who is an aggressive team player and well aware of the technologies in the market.
- Technology on Career builder risk taking internal..interviews .
- Fast paced experience problem-solving Experience working with OPT, H1B, EAD Consultants.
- Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring and capable of getting students for any training.
- Maintaining database of OPT candidates.
- Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
- Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099. Knowledge Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and social media Platforms.
- Able to Handle and turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals on to our W2 Consultants.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high capabilities.
- Use social networks and research to build a database and recruit passive candidates Schedule and facilitate.
- Handle multiple job requirements in an environment.
- High energy level, comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a group of the team.
- Ability to assess candidates capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals.
Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience in IT staffing & recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the staffing industry and trends.
- Hands on in OPT recruitment & must possess excellent industry connects and database.
- High level of maturity.
- Good analytical and skills
