Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1 of the Big 4 Consulting Firms across India for Functional Consultant position.
Domain: Finance
Type: Permanent (Direct payroll of company only)
Job profile: Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Finance Functional Consultant
(3-7 yrs of exp- Consultant ; 7-11 yrs of exp- Sr. Consultant)
Exp. Required: 1-11 yrs
(For ERP Cloud/Fusion: More than 1 year relevant exp required & For EBS: More than 2 year relevant exp required;
Also, experience in financial modules like GL, FA, AR, CM is compulsorily (Atleast any 3 modules exp. are considerable).
Job location: Mumbai/Banglore/Gurgaon/Hyderabad

Work you will do:

Functional professional with 2+ Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials implementations as a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle (end-to-end) implementation.
A minimum of 3- 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Payments.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Basic Knowledge of Oracle Projects modules is preferred
Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred.

Qualification Required:

B.E/B.Tech (Any Specialization),
For other branches, PG degree along with UG is compulsorily required. (Either PG OR MBA after UG Degree necessary.)
