Job Description
- Receive and punch orders received through company website, food delivery apps , company mobile app, telephone, SMS, walk in.
- Process and dispatch orders by coordinating with processing (Kitchen) team, packing team, delivery team.
- Collect cash and close order fulfilment.
- Take customer feedback, resolve issues & queries, and communicate if any delays.
- Maintain relevant data, data entry related to purchase, order, shipment, and billing
- Update software system as per the process being done
- Multitasking task as per need,- Home delivery, Packing.
- Full operations Work Hrs – 9 AM to 9 PM, 5 Day a week
