Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Updating all the Orders on Live Excel spreadsheet.
- Resolve the discrepancy with supplier related to invoice they have sent (if any).
- Send all the invoices to customers once order is shipped to them.
- Taking quote from supplier for particular product
- Negotiate for better pricing.
- Create Purchase Order, Bill and Invoice with the help of provided details
- Send it for approval to authorized person
- Taking care of Mockups and Samples
- Taking follow up from suppliers and updating live dos accordingly
Skills Required:
- Excellent email writing skills.
- Proficient written & spoken English.
- Proactive and quick learning skills.
- Open to feedback's and prompt to implement them.
- Intermediate Computer skills MS Office, Web surfing etc.
- Comfortable with Night shift according to US working schedule.
