Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor, connect, converse, engage and enhance brands online reputation, she/he will actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social handles and platforms manually
2. Execute strategies, solve problems, and develop solid business relationships
3. Provide client service support
4. Entail highlighting any upcoming platforms, trends, content that could be capitalized on for brands
5. Understand and adhere to social media etiquette enforced by brands and should be able to address queries/concerns or comments on social media channels in an effective way
6. Understand and aware of all platform analytics data and would be required to create detailed monthly reports along with insights/observations basis the data to help optimize communication on social media channels
