Outbound Marketing Representative Jobs in Delhi - Tradefin Inc

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibilities primarily include conducting targeted, business-to-business sales for providing financing to small businesses through TradeFin’s online technology platform. 
• In this role, you will make outbound calls into targeted clients that leverage core marketing messages and campaigns to educate the clients about TradeFin, convince them to sign up on TradeFin and to sell our financial product to them.
  

• Make Outbound calls to small and medium businesses (“clients”) to 
•  explain to businesses what TradeFin does and how they can benefit from it. 
•  To perform KYC
• Capture call details in the CRM software provided by the company
• Follow up with clients as needed

• 3 + years Customer Service experience required
• Preference will be given to candidates who have Banking Sales/Insurance experience including handling of KYC related documentations
• Excellent written, verbal and conversational skills in English and Hindi
• Ability and willingness to learn and ability to work independently in fast changing environment.
• EDUCATION Attitude, communication skills and resourcefulness are more important in this role than degrees. 
• The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Graduate's Degree.
