Job Description
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospecting to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting via Linkedin Sales Navigator and Email Outreach.
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach out to prospects everyday.
- Launch cold email campaigns.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Own prospecting, lead generation & sales qualification to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies.
- Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements and qualify them
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Proficient on Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel, and relevant productivity tools.
- Coordinate with US counterparts.
Preferred Qualifications and Qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to think on your feet - you- re someone who can figure out creative ways to keep the sales funnel always ripe with new prospects.
- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
