Job Description
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and by ascertaining customer needs & wants.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure optimum ordering and manage returns.
- Product display and manage outlets as per the company standard.
- Manage point-of-sale and banking process.
- Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments.
- Keep up to date with product information.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in hospitality.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer centric service approach
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills.
