Responsibilities:

Administrative support: This includes developing and maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and updating office policies and procedures.

Calendar management: This includes scheduling meetings and appointments, providing reminders, and managing the CEO's diary.

Travel arrangements: This includes booking and managing complex travel arrangements.

Communication: This includes acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients, and directing all contact from company departments and outside offices.

Project work: This includes working on specific projects and research as required.

Documentation: This includes producing reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.

Stakeholder relations: This includes supporting and developing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
