Your Responsibilities:
- Provide Subject matter expertise for the sustain & enhancement deliveries for USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
- Understand SLA framework, sustain/ enhancement processes & guide the team to work in adherence with the same.
- Lead projects in the enhancement framework
- Hands-on delivery on support incidents, enhancements on USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
- Provide guidance on new enhancements/ LCPs coming up in USA/ CAN Payroll & Time & deployment of the same for business improvements
- Quality control of the solution with the SAP solution Architect
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 5-7 years of SAP Payroll & Time experience preferably in Implementation projects.
- Experience with SuccessFactors-SAP HR Hybrid implementations ( optional)
- Experience in work as Team lead
- Proficient in configuration & processes of USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
- Ability to analyze end user / HR issues & requirements to solution delivery.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with teams across locations.
- Strong communication, verbal and written skills
