Your Role and Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements in the assigned domain
- Analyse gaps and provide solution options
- Apply SAP functional knowledge to configure the system
- Develop functional specifications and work with developers to ensure requirements are met
- Master data design
- Should be able to convert the business requirement into a Functional Specification documents
- Convert and explain key business requirement to technical specification document for development
- Configure SAP System within QM module as per the requirements specified

- Hands on experience on entire order to cash process in the space of SAP SAP FIN QM
- As SAP QM SME who will be responsible for implementing SAP QM module in a global environment in SAP Hana environment
- Experience in configuration of the SAP QM functionality with integrated view of supply chain process.
- Prior experience in an international context of working with offshore teams
- Extensive background in FMCG, process integration with other modules/process
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques.
- Capable of understanding the business process, be able to understand the business language and corelate with SAP.
- Experience in working with cross module integration & understanding of dependencies in SAP related modules,
- Capable of performing configuration of SAP Quality Management area to meet the business requirement
- Capable to enhance the quality management process, Designing and Configuration of Supply Chain Management and production support in SCM functional area to implement the QM solution.
- Responsible to write the technical documentation for QM process & testing of developed objects
- Capable to communicate and coordinate with business users, managers and Quality Management leads
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 12+ years of experience with 8+ years in SAP QM module (Quality Management Skills)
- Hands on experience in at-least 3 SAP implementation projects as SAP QM Consultant and configuring SAP QM module
- Must have worked on end to end implementation project for a Global Customer and should have worked in migration of data from non-SAP system to SAP system
- Knowledge of SAP processes
- Troubleshooting end to end issues (understands integration between SAP modules)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- MRP (Material requirements planning)
- ECM (Enterprise content management)
- SCM (Supply Chain Management)
- Batch Management Knowledge
- NC Tools eg Trackwise, ETQ
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have deep knowledge of SAP QM Module and business domain knowledge
- Experience in SAP QM Module OR integration knowledge with add-on SAP Module is essential
- SAP Certification in SAP QM is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in SAP PP are desirable
