Position: Packing Supervisor (Male)   

Salary: up to 10000 – 13000kpm

DIMENSIONS OF THIS ROLE:

Daily Tasks:

• Conducting the daily shift meeting, with department team members and expiations importing GMP
  
• Ensure smooth production operations to the targets with quality.
  
• Reporting production, downtime, etc
  
• Batch wise data entry.
  
• Batch wise wastage data entry.
  
• Check for completion of production documents.
  
• Support in troubleshooting, equipment breakdown, preventive maintenance.
  
• Solve operator’s problem and report to higher, management whenever necessary.
  
• Guide the document owner in documentation activities, material reconciliation.
  
• Tracking of reclaim (both making and packing)
  

Weekly Tasks:

• Share data in weekly meeting (Production Vs Plan, Reliability, and Down Times. Any issues related to packing, rewards and recognition.
  
• Prepare weekly plans for making and packing based on the requirement provided by the planners.

Monthly Tasks:

• Activity board updation in shop floor.
  
• Participate in the audits.

General Tasks:

• Prepares analysis for wastage’s, downtime, and quality events whenever required.
  
• Prepare and review production reports and data.
  
• Conduct appraisal for department personnel. Identify the strengths and development areas.
  
• Set targets for the new products based on data compilation.
  
• Counseling -department personnel when not meeting the guidelines, requirements.
  
• Training personnel on SOP, technical training to department employees.
  
• Establish training needs in coordination with the administration.
  
• Guide the departmental personnel prior to audits and track completion of activities.
  
• Identify the best, unique performers and recognize their contribution & Plan for cost saving projects

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRES:

• At least 1 - 2-year experience in Pharmaceutical/Food plant packing operations.
  
• Graduate or Post Graduate in Science discipline or B. Pharma/M.Pharma
