- Cleaning and upkeep of the office daily.
- Handling pantry operations.
- Taking care of the reception.
- Promptly providing water/tea /coffee to visitors whenever required.
- Taking visitors and employees to the concerned department in the office.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment and office supplies.
- Assisting office staff in office duties.e.g:
- Photocopying and purchase of items whenever required.
- Filing documents if required.
