Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience managing vendor operations and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, operations, and/or sales, with a focus on process and system improvement.
- Experience in scaled flights operations and vendor management/support.
- Solid communication skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Results-orientation, with a 'can-do' attitude and focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage gCare's extended workforce Commerce support operations, and be responsible for ensuring continued partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Support the Vendor team in running the Flights Support team, which provides both outstanding customer service to our partners and huge flexibility to our Google teams.
- Understand the Commerce products, and have experience in managing projects and relationships with external partners.
