Job Description
A Passenger Service Agent is a representative of the airline.
They are all airport staff members who welcome passengers at check-in desks and boarding gates. Before the flight, the Agent verifies the tickets, identity papers and luggage conformity.
They solve potential issues and inform passengers about their flight.
For this reason, they are permanently in contact with local authorities such as border police, civil aviation institutions, various airline services as well as those of flights management.
It is also their role to take care of flight connections by facilitating formalities and passengers follow-up.
