- PREPARE ALL TYPES OF PATENT RELATED DOCUMENTS & FORMS.
- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE, OUTLOOK & OTHER SEARCH ENGINES.
- ONLINE FILING OF PATENT IN INDIA & OTHER COUNTRIES.
- TAKE CARE OF COMPLETE RECORDS OF ALL ONGOING PATENT APPLICATIONS & PREVIOUSLY FILED APPLICATIONS.
- COORDINATE WITH CLIENTS & THEIR PATENT RELATED QUERIES.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPORTING PATENT EXPERTS.
- MAINTAIN DATABASE OF ALL DOCKETS OF PATENT APPLICATIONS WITH CLIENT RECORD.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PATENT RELATED COMMUNICATIONS TO PATENT OFFICE.
- MAINTAIN RECORDS OF CONTACTS, NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS AND OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENTS.
- SUPPORT PATENT PROFESSIONALS IN THE COMPANY
