Job Description
- Handle the customers by warmly greeting them, know them and learn about the specific dental needs and manage the front desk as per the standards of the clinic.
- Guide the customer (Patient) through the process.
- Coordinate with the Clinic Manager and make the customer understand the treatment plan, procedure and also the financial aspects of the treatment.
- Maintaining communication with patients regarding the ongoing and pending treatments.
- Handle the follow-up consultations with the patients.
- Handle billing & follow up on payment dues
- Maintains patient care database; backing up data.
- Coordination with the BDE in Creating the new patient database.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Reporting personnel and performance issues to the Clinic Manager.
- Handling the operational issues like taking care stores, managing the resources and the operational equipment of the clinic.
