Job Description
- Orients and educates patients and their families by interacting with them; understands their requirements.
- Initiates a care plan; provides educational information relating to disease, the treatments involved, procedures and continuing care requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and energy along with the ability to converse fluently in 2-3 languages is a must (English, Hindi, Telugu).
- Knowledge of medical terminologies, patient counseling, and computer skills is desired.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills working with customers.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage projects and take multiple tasks whenever required.
