Job Description
- Counsel patients for improved health-related outcomes at-home visits, hospital OPD’s and doctor visit through lifestyle management & exercises
- Handle patient queries and providing a response from pre-defined FAQs
- Meet patients in regular intervals during pre-infusion, during infusion (if necessary), post-infusion, 3 months, 6 months & 11 months post-infusion & any other home visit based on patient’s requirement.
- ready to Travel within the city and the near by cities also, and could stay for the same purpose for 1 to 2 days.
- D.A. 180 per day for non-metro and 200 per day for the metro station.
