Job Description

Communicate with patients suffering from various ailments and counseling them for health outcomes management over phone.
To collate health records related data from consenting patients
To enroll new patients into the system once they call in
To capture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions reported by patient in pre-defined templates
To handle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs.
To receive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basis.
To ensure patient data management

Skills:

Clarity in communication
Passionate about the role and have patient care as priority
A natural conservationist; Should be well read and have the ability to engage patients on variety of topics
Understand, comprehend and internalize the situation quickly
Good keyboard skills; Must key in with minimal error
Ability to articulate the benefits of the product in a clear manner without ambiguity
Must understand the product well
Pleasant disposition, naturally pleasing to talk and have positive attitude
Collaboration is key; should be a team player and have the ability to bridge the gap across all departments.
Qualification: M.Sc Psychology, Doctorate in psychology, Clinical Psychology, MSW in Social work
Language preference: Kannada,English
Even fresher are welcome to apply
Experience: 1-2 years into Clinical Psychology from a healthcare background
