Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
*Bed Availability & Readiness
*Allotment of beds
*To follow-up with Intensivist about timely visits of Primary Consultants, Cross-referral *Doctors, and Registrars.
*To ensure the samples are sent to Laboratory for investigation.
*To follow up with other departments for Bed Side procedures.
*Independently recognize, interpret, and evaluate situations and their level of urgency
*Provide helpful assistance in anticipating and responding to the needs of all patients and family members
*Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members
*Communicate in a manner consistent with positive patient relations
*Also prepares a daily report on the rounds carried and submits it to the manager
