We are looking for Payroll Executives who are responsible for employees remuneration and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.
Position: Payroll Executive
Experience: 1 Year to 3.5Years
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Salary: 22K to 25K+ Variable pay
Skills
Good communication skills required.
Very good with MS- excel.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, MLWF, Gratuity is mandatory
Responsibilities;
Payroll processing for employees, maintaining records and reports for the same.
Salary processing for core staff, should be handling monthly end to end pay rolling regular, F&F, MRE, Incentives and any other payouts.
Updation of savings / investment for tax computation
Updates and enters information into database regarding new hires, termination and all personnel status changes.
Ensure timely availability of pay slips to all employees
Processing employees CTC related re-imbursements like LTA, Medical, etc
