• Seeking expert trainers already engaged in training school teachers and motivating students. 
• If you are an expert trainer or a training group, subject expert, assessment experts, motivational speaker, etc., we would like to engage your services as freelance trainers with the potential of a full time job, or stay as a freelancer. 
• If you are based in the UAE or another country, we may also be interested in you.
  
• The job entails providing training in schools pan India and sometimes internationally through GETI – Global Education & Training Institute, a new institute launching into education training space based on already established fundamentals and a strong history of family run schools, curriculum, assessments and training.
  
• GETI is Research Focused Professional Development with the goal of Transforming Learning for Teachers & Education Leaders. It is training that ‘sticks’, empowerment that ‘lasts’ and change that is ‘measurable’. Emphasis is on underpinning training with research. 
• Training is provided to in-service and pre-service teachers & school leaders. 
• Besides training, we do school audits, supervision, parent orientations and workshops, and more. Please check out:
  
• GETI uses blended learning tools and a mobile app to organize the training at schools and connect schools to our trainers. 
  
• We also have a number of schools that follow our curriculum, for whom content related training if often required. 
  
• However, there are three levels of training, and a trainer may engage with us at one or more levels.
  

• Your Expertise Areas: Training in areas you are an expert in. We will review your training program and ensure its applicability to schools we cater to and beyond. Some changes to your training and presentations may be required in collaboration with us. If you just want to do this, we are building a mobile app in which you can post your training and collaborate with us for its greater delivery.
• Our Needs Areas: Training in areas specifically for our needs, for example, research and evidence based methods of teaching and learning, Spoken English, HOTS in Maths, Writing Skills, Warm Up and Interventions, etc. 
• All training is based on research and evidence and also requires teachers to create their own evidence, support and training for which we provide. 
• School Trainers will also often be required to carry out classroom observations and school audits, engage teachers in action research along with their teaching interventions, etc. 
• To train in these areas, our training will be required. 
• This will mean you will be able to get more training assignments than if you do just A areas above.
• Content Training: Training for our academic offerings. To train in these areas, our training will be required. This will open up even more possibilities of engagement.

You can be a trainer at the A level alone. 

• Otherwise, you are expected to do B and C. 
  
• An ideal trainer will do all three. Besides training you do already, the candidate should feel comfortable training in our methods and academic offerings to schools, and represent our training programs as well. 
  
• GETI will provide the training, materials and back up support to  all trainers. 
  
• A personal dashboard on the GETI app will help facilitate all interactions, record keeping, reviews, payments, and more.
