- As PeopleSoft CTL Admin, you are responsible to work with the internal and client technical staff to support 24x7 production environments.
The Responsibilities Include Operations Support
- Handle issues reported by client and internal technical teams
- Proactive health checks of client environments
- Participate in outage/troubleshooting calls involving internal and external teams
- Attend scheduled client review meetings
- Participation in Solution reviews
- Customer relationship management
- Reporting
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft application and Third party software tools
- Proficient in 24 x 7 global operations support (supporting remote environments, handling bridge calls, SLA concepts and crisis management)
- Expertise in PS technologies, PS Admin, Oracle database technologies, performance troubleshooting and tuning, database maintenance, OS (Unix and Windows)
- Working Broad knowledge of Unix, Windows, Networking Firewalls is desired; experience in Citrix administration will be a plus.
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
