Marketers at Slintel are forward-thinking individuals that are always on the lookout for creative and alternative solutions to everyday problems. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to strategise and execute ad campaigns on channels like Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn.
We’re looking for
*An ad expert with at least 3 years of experience managing ad budgets upwards of $10k/mo.
*An analytical marketer with a penchant for squeezing every ounce of ad spend to drive actual business revenue
*An individual with great communication skills to work effectively in a team
*A driven individual who takes complete ownership of their projects
Roles & Responsibilities
*Plan and execute multivariate ad campaigns across Google- Search, Display and Gmail; Facebook(including Instagram) and LinkedIn
*Create and manage conversion goals across Adwords and GA
*Collaborate and create conversion optimized landing pages
*Plan and execute rapid A/B experiments across ad creative, ad copy and LPs
*Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPI/ ROI
*Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
*Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using Google data studio
*Experiment with existing and new growth channels to plan quarterly spends.
