Require Personal Assistant cum Office Coordinator for a Shahdara based children book publishing company.
Fluent in English.
Good Command over computer, can have good knowledge of MS office & Internet.
Can prepare daily Schedules & Reports.
Can Coordinate, manage & resolved all client issues.
Multi-Tasking work of office related.
Coordinating with senior management terms for appointments, meetings and approvals.
Coordinating between different departments within the organization.
Maintain positive working relationships with the department staff.
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
