Job Description:
Official Work Assignments:
- Maintaining Directors calendar. Setup meetings,
conference calls, Skype calls, send calendar invites and reminders. Make travel
arrangements.
- Collect all the daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
various departments and present it to the Director.
- Maintain all Director Files and records.
Personal Assignments:
- Maintain director chequebooks, digital signatures,
bank accounts, stock statements, etc.
- Arrange timely payments for credit cards, utility
bills, insurances, etc.
- Maintain timely statutory remittance for Income tax,
PPF, EPF, gratuity, etc. in liaison with auditors.
- Coordinate with underprivileged schools
representatives for Round Table charity work. Prepare presentations on charity
projects as required.
- Organize collecting quotes from various vendors,
coordinating works and certifying payments for Round Table charity work.
- Personal Assistant Should travel
