Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the Office in the absence of MD
- Attending customer Meetings on behalf of the organization
- Channelizing payment based on the priority and ageing for MD's approval
- Updating and sharing the Daily work schedule and Delivery
- Travelling with MD
- Taking care of his personal requirements, bookings, payments and daily/weekly activities
- Monthly turnover and P/L tracking and reporting
