Job Description
Manage the diaries and schedules of MD.
Answer and screen calls.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Collating and filing expenses.
Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas.
Project and event coordination.Book business travel arrangements.
Oversee office correspondence.
Liaise with IT, Sales, PR and HR teams.
Liaise with other executives on behalf of your manager.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports.
