Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure day to day operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Main Activities:
- Assisting the CMD in his daily schedules
- Checking the emails ,inform anything urgent and forwarding to the relevant dept. for action
- Scheduling appointments of CMD
- Taking the minutes of meetings
- Coordination within the staffs
- Calendar management of CMD related to travel, meetings, social invitees(like marriages, parties or social gathering) etc
- Reminders for tenders and sourcing of tenders and items , if required
- Arrangement of travel management like ticket bookings visas arrangement etc..
- Looking for good communication skills
- The candidate should be willing to travel as well.
- Coordination with different vendors for purchases, related to official or personal items
- Handling of Credit card bills & other bills along with miles to be checked for all cards.
- Organizing meetings as per discussions from time to time
- To be one point of contact for all the things with in office, related to CMD work.
- Update if any order in hand is getting delayed & ensure if anything is due because of any reason so timely action can be taken
