Job Description
- Designation: Personal Assistant

- Maintain their day to day schedule.
- Taking dictations in shorthand.
- Responsible for MD’s travel schedule (Both Train & Flight – domestic/international Flight Tickets booking, Hotel bookings).
- Correspondence through mails with the draft approval of MD & Director.
- Maintaining visitors data base
- Handles details with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Interfaces with senior level executives, customers.
- Maintained schedules, appointments
- Must be comfortable to travel along with the general manager if required.
- Providing assistance/ Preparation of Presentation for Meetings
- Organizing, preparing Agendas for, and taking minutes of Board/General Meetings
- Drafting minutes within set timeframes
- Preparing the complete set of Annual Report
- HR Related works (Staff attendance, Pay roles, Disciplinary actions, staff welfare)
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the General manager
- Co-ordination with HR Departments.
- Miscellaneous office desk work
- Good Looking Female Young Smart, Presentable Candidates must and should broadminded or open mined, with Good Communication skills.
- Candidates must and should graduate/post graduate. Able to handle the inbound and outbound calls & Written Skills. Strong interpersonal ability to interact with Clients / Visitors.
- Fluency in English&Telegu and any other languages.
