Job Description
- Responsible for managing day-to-day office affairs of Managing Director.
- Preparing for various meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes during the meetings and preparing minutes of the meeting.
- Maintain confidential files and contact information of Clients.
- Schedule and plan meeting and manage appointments. Publish minutes of meetings and required to follow ups.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases including contacts, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information.
- Compiling and preparing reports, memos, letters and presentations of the communication.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
- Organise conference bookings and travel arrangements.
- Help MD manage his priorities
- Following up with the team on Organisational goals
