- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and between various departments to get the task given by the management in effective & best possible manner within defined timeline.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Scheduling meetings for top management/ reporting senior & ensure that all required are present in the meeting.
- Minimum qualification: should be a graduate.
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Ready & motivated enough to perform any other task given by the management from time to time
- Willing to travel & extend work timings depending upon work requirement.
- Tact and diplomacy
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
