Qualification : (i) Any Bachelor Degree (ii) Passed in the Govt. Technical Examination in shorthand and Typewriting in English and Tamil - Higher/ Senior Grade (iii) Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 36,400-1,15,700/-

Personal Clerk (to the Deputy Registrars)

Qualification : (i) Any Bachelor Degree (ii) Passed in the Govt. Technical Examination in shorthand and Typewriting in English and Tamil - Higher/ Senior Grade (iii) Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 20,600-65,500/-

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2018) :

i. For reserved categories (SC/SCA/ST/MBC&DC/BC/BCM) : Between 18 and 35 yrs

ii. In case of Others : Between 18 and 30 yrs

iii. In case of In-Service candidates : Between 18 and 45 yrs
