Job Responsibility

Act as the point of contact for the Director among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage Director's calendar, travel management and set up meetings
Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
Planning and facilitating daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
