Job Responsibility
- Act as the point of contact for the Director among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage Director's calendar, travel management and set up meetings
- Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
- Planning and facilitating daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
