Roles and Responsibilities: Dual role of Personal Secretary/Assistant

Handling correspondence, follow ups, file management, organizing meetings and travel arrangements.

Daily coordination with Partner for preparing Bills and follow up with clients for payment. Answering Telephone calls
6 days a week job, from 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

Desired Candidate Profile
Female between 20 to 35 years of age.
Well groomed & pleasing personality.

A candidate should be candid and bold enough to handle the project with approach to convert business
Fluency in English language & good communication skills.
Western dress code.
Should have valid Passport.
Computer knowledge and Internet research skills.
Should be serious about working in the above position
