Office Secretary(female candidates preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Emails – understand types of enquiries
a. Respond to emails without
mistakes - quotations
b. Update spreadsheet with bookings
2) Tally – basic knowledge
a. Creation of Ledgers
-Understand Type of Ledgers- creditor / debtors
b. Enter payment vouchers
c. Enter sales invoices
3) Sales bills
a. Understand the ledgers
b. Creation and printing
c. GSTR1 creation and cross- checking from Tally
And frequent travel with the boos for meeting over pan India
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good typing skills
- Good proficiency in English
- Tally software
