Job Description

We are looking for Smart, soft spoken female Personal Secretary to CEO.  
  • Having good Hindi/English communication skills. 
  • Able to travel outside(Not mandatory).
  • Candidate should be a minimum graduate.
  • Fresher candidate can also apply but the salary package would be according to the capability of the candidate for freshers.
  • 5 Days a week and flexible timings.
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Doing Emails and Maintaining Client Register
  • Calling Clients for Follow Ups
  • Maintaining Files
  • General Maintenance of Office
  • Keeping Records of Appointments of CEO
  • Emails of CEO
  • Meetings with Clients

Apart from that candidate should understand other roles and responsibilities expected in this job.
