We need a candidate who is a graduate and has completed their school level / matriculation in ICSE / CBSE Board. Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) / internet skills / computer skills Can be someone with 2 to 3 years experience in relevant field Responsibilities were as below Meeting and conference arrangement and confirmation MIS Reporting Anticipating needs and wants in daily operations and preparing accordingly Handling general correspondence (email, phone calls, Skype) as independently as possible Handling operational tasks including mail, office supplies etc.
Keeping the records of meetings Delegating work in his absence Taking action points and writing minutes Diary management
