Worldwide International looking personal secretary to M.D
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
- answering telephone calls
- maintaining diaries
- arranging appointments
- taking messages
- filing
- organising meetings
- using a variety of software packages
- booking transport and accommodation
- managing databases
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Twice a month traveling (domestic and international)
- Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease.
- 5 days working.
- Candidates with pleasing personality.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years (fresher can be apply )
- Education : Graduate degree in any discipline
- Package : 2 lacs to 6 lacs
