Job Description
- Education: Should be graduate with science background from a reputed college
- Experience: Fresher with graduation from Science discipline- Preference to Pharmacy and Biology candidates.
- Age : Preferably below 25 years
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English– Other Regional languages will be a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills, Soft Skills and Presentation skills Nativity Willing to take accept the challengesPOSITION OBJECTIVES
- Initially he should establish the assigned HQ and build strong image for the company
- Achieve the Set Sales and Collection targets on all states.
- Must have very good contacts and reputation
- He should maintain discipline, decency and decorum of doing business with the customers
- Devise effective Sales Strategy to Pull and Push the sales in the region
- Maintain business revenue sales and efficient collections.
- Appoint efficient Stockiest and monitor their performance
- Track competitor activity and update to Product development and marketing team.
- Monthly sales planning & forecasting for all regions.
- Devise a strategy for active participation in the Institutional Business
- Responsible for all data entries made in Sales force automation software.
- Organize Launch meet events on behalf of BP Pharma for introducing new products/expanding to new area.
- Organize technical meet events on behalf of BP Pharma to manage relationship with Veterinarians.
- Other jobs pertaining to sales as and when required by the management.
