Qualification :  (i) Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination, or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology; and (ii) Two Years Diploma Course in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of West Bengal, or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of West Bengal; and (iii) Registered as ‘A’ category Pharmacist under the West Bengal Pharmacy Council.

Scale of Pay : Rs.7100/- --- Rs.37600/-, [ Entry Pay Rs. 7,440/-] with Grade Pay – Rs. 3600/-]. (Pay Band 3 of ROPA 09 Rules)

Age Limit : Not more than 39 Years as on 1st January 2019

Qualification :  B.Pharm./B.Tech(Chemical/Pharmaceutical)/B.Sc.(Hons. In Chemistry) or Botany or Zoology as one of the subjects with 4 years experience in any analytical Laboratory. 

Desirable : M.Pharm./M.Tech./M.Sc.(Chemistry)

Scale of Pay : Rs.5400/- --- Rs.25200/-, [ PB 2 , Grade Pay – Rs. 2900/-]. Other allowances are admissible as per existing Government Rules.

Age Limit : Not ordinarily above 32 years as on 1.1.19, relaxable in the cases of those who are already in the Government Service, or those who are exceptionally qualified. The upper age limit may be relaxed for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, & other Backward Classes as per Government Rules or Orders issued time to time.
