Job Purpose:

To maximize sales for the company, deal with clients indirectly/phone/email in building
relationship for continuous development and meeting the requirements of the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Setting up photographic equipment, taking pictures, choosing and setting up locations, and framing photographs.
Develop a good understanding of baby, maternity and portrait photography.
Using available studio equipment to take high quality product images which require minimal editing and which are as per guidelines.
Improvise and innovate to make the best use to available space to do the quality shoot.
Suggest improvements and cross share learning across team.
Maintain studio and equipment in good condition by identifying any issues and getting them resolved.
Complete the short on time as scheduled by the sales/centre in-charge.
Occasional travel to customer place within or out of the city for taking shoots.
Creating new guidelines on poses and new technic/creativity to improve the sales/business.
Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
Promoting Business , Sell product and services.
Sometimes of the work is undertaken 'on location', so travel and irregular working hours are common features of the job.
Maintain records of day-to- day work by updating online trackers / forms to reflect the work done

Professional Skills Required:

Creativity, Technical photography skills, Patience and concentration, Attention to detail, Strong networking and team working skills.
Proficiency in handling and maintaining professional studio equipment such as SLRs and Lighting equipment is essential.
Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in a result-oriented environment is essential.
Artistic ability, Computer skills, Customer-service skills, Interpersonal skills, Detail oriented and Sales knowledge.
Professional experience in photography in studio/new born baby/maternity photography environment is desirable.
Bachelor's degree is desirable, Diploma in photography or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
Ability to work with others and achieve desired results in a team environment
Demonstrated highest level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
Good written and oral communication skills in English is essential.
Disciplined in executing repeatable operational processes.
Should be flexible with working hours and days.
Good knowledge in sales is desirable.
