Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Duties would primarily consist of
* Development, implementation, testing and deployment of PHP based eCommerce applications.
* Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to create standards-compliant, cross-browser user experiences
* Integrate 3rd party systems and payment gateways to ecommerce applications
* Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
* Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
* Follow industry best practices to deliver world class ecommerce application
Required skills:
* Solutions-oriented thinking and keen interest to solve complex logical problems
* Strong Knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS,
* Expertise in database concepts (MySQL)
* Familiarity with source control (Subversion/Git)
* Experience on Open source systems like Magneto / Joomla/WordPress will be a plus
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and hit deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
* Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
