Other requirements
1. Must have proven software development experience in PHP
2. Must have an understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, OsCommerce, etc.
3. Must have demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc
4. Must have good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services
5. Must have experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc)
