We are disrupting the apparel market with our core USP - offering premium fashion at a fraction of the market price through a sophisticated rental system. With an integrated e-commerce platform, our focus is on creating a distinctive electronic marketplace by facilitating transactions between renters and designers/owners. We are early adopters of the 'Shared Economy Model' and have created innovative revenue streams, both online and offline.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on development, deployment, and maintenance of our website
2. Managing the security of the website and ensuring that the site is running efficiently
3. Creating documentation for software created
4. Analyzing website and application requirements
6. Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules
7. Developing back-end portals with an optimized database
8. Integrating data storage solutions
9. Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications
10. Updating and altering application features to enhance performance
11. Analyzing website and application requirements
12. Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining application and code

Other requirements
1. Must have an eye for detail to ensure that the UX of the website is world-class
2. Must demonstrate the ability to design and develop world-class websites and web apps
3. Should be able to write -clean- and well-designed code
4. Should know JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX
5. Should have good knowledge of internet security and data encryption
6. Should have a good understanding of cross-browser functional and performance issues
