Brief description :

  • Preferring female candidates
  • Administer office facilities
  • Effectively handle calls & enquiries
  • Re-direct calls appropriately and take messages when required
  • Direct the vendors and visitors to the appropriate staff member
  • Maintain the general filing system & file all correspondence
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

  • Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relation management database.
