Job Description
Physical Director (Junior Colleges) recruitment in Telangana State Public Service Commission (Telangana State PSC ) in Mahatama Jothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
No. of Vacancies : 08
Qualification : A Bachelor of Physical Education(BPED) OR Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) OR Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) in Health and Physical Education and Degree in Sports with atleast 55% marks, as per National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2009. In case of SC/ST/BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 50%. OR Atleast 50% marks in the B.P.Ed Degree/B.P.Ed(Integrated) 4 years professional Degree in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognitions Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 10/02/2007. In case of SC/ST/BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. OR B.P.Ed with atleast 55% marks or B.P.E course( or its equivalent) of 3 years duration with atleast 50% marks in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education Regulations, 2002 notified on 13/11/2002. In case of SC/ST/BC/ Differently abled candidates for B.P.Ed, the minimum marks shall be 50% or for B.P.E Course, the minimum marks shall be 45%. AND M.P.Ed., of at least 2 years duration from any National Council for Teachers Education recognized institution.
Age : 18-44 yrs
Scale of pay : Rs. 37,100- 91,450
Fee : (Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay RS. 120/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee. However, the following category of candidates belonging to Telangana State only are exempted from payment of Examination fee. a) SC, ST & BC. b) Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed). N.B.:- BC’s, SC’s and ST’s belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Application processing Fee and Examination Fee and they are not entitled for any kind of reservation.
Centres For The Written Examination: 1) The Screening Test will be held at Hyderabad (including HMDA Jurisdiction) only or all erstwhile District head quarters. However, the Commission reserves the right either to increase or decrease the number of Centres. 2) The Main (Objective Type) Examination will be held at Hyderabad (including HMDA Jurisdiction) only 3) The Commission reserves the right to allot candidates to any centre other than the centre chosen by the applicant or to abolish / create a new centre for administrative reasons. Request for change of the centre will not be entertained.
