Qualification: Candidates should be MD (Chest) OR DNB (Respiratory Medicine) OR DM (Pulmonary Medicine) from a recognised University under MCI and should have 2 years post qualification experience.
It would be desirable that candidates should possess reasonable skills in Interventional Pulmonology procedures especially EBUS, Medical Thoracoscopy, Cryobiopsy apart from experience Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV), ICU Bronchoscopies and Paediatric Bronchoscopies.
Should possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team player with a passion for teaching & training students.
Will be required to run a Pulmonary Medicine OPD catering to almost 9000 consultations a year and developing and building a training oriented basic interventional pulmonology program consisting initially mainly of EBUS, Medical Thoracoscopy & Cryobiopsies.
A documented academics track record of clinical research and publications would be desirable.
Would be expected to devote 6 hours daily for 5 days a week at TMC.
Remuneration: Rs.65,000/- + Rs.10,000
