Roles & Responsibility :

Home Health Job Purpose: treat patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing.
Qualification and Experience
Completion of Bachelor physiotherapy / Master in physiotherapy degree
Ability to Read, write and speak English or Hindi or local language.
Responsibilities:
Developing and reviewing treatment programs;
Assisting patients with joint and spinal problems, especially following surgery;
Helping patients' rehabilitation following accidents, injury and stroke;
Supervising physiotherapy assistants;
Assisting in the supervision and education of junior physiotherapists;
Writing patient case notes and reports;Collecting patient statistics
Educating and advising patients and their careers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions;
Keeping up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients;
Liaising with other healthcare personnel to supply and receive relevant information about the background and progress of patients, as well as referring patients who require other specific medical attention;
Being legally responsible and accountable;
Managing clinical risk.
Skills/Attributes:
Exhibits Independence, Flexibility, Judgment
Fluent Verbal Communication (Languages Tamil / Kannada / Hindi / English etc.)
Knowledge in Physiotherapy practices
Ability to understand and build Client Relationships
Ability to travel (has two wheeler / four wheeler)
Flexible towards working hours
